She is a fully qualified Basic Skills Tutor, and her experience spans very senior management and interim assignments in education and the private sectors, including Further Education. Much of her recent work has been with the Skills Funding Agency and other consortia and she sits on many steering groups throughout Northamptonshire. Jayne has over 25 years management experience is a trained counsellor and is a Skills for Life Tutor working for the Basic Skills Agency and Centre for British Teachers. |

Steve Iddon Operations Director email: Steve@options2.net Connect with me on LinkedIn http://uk.linkedin.com/in/steveiddon Steve Iddon is Operations Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management of staff at both the Horton and Gold Street sites. He is also responsible for developing the use of ICT and Marketing at Options 2. Steve has over 3 years experience in adult education, starting as an IAG advisor and tutor. He brings a range of technical, practical and management experience from diverse sectors such as Publishing and Construction. Steve understands what it means to be a lifelong adult learner as he completed his degree with the Open University in 2008. |

She has experience of working as a Tutor, Assessor, IAG Advisor, Internal Auditor and Contract Manager. Charlotte is also a Designated Safeguarding Officer for Options 2. |

John Friendship-Taylor Recruitment/Sales Co-Ordinator email: John@Options2.net Connect with me on LinkedIn n/a John previously completed a BSc degree at Plymouth University in Wildlife Conservation, graduating in June 2010. He then travelled around the world for five months, before joining Options 2 in June 2011 as administrative work experience. This lead to a permanent role at the Horton head office. Soon after, John was moved into a trainee Recruitment role at the Gold Street branch of Options 2 in Northampton town centre. He continues to develop into the role, offering advice/information on the Apprenticeships that Options 2 provide, as well as supporting the marketing team in various tasks such as editing the website. John is currently undertaking an Advanced Apprenticeship for IT Users with Options 2 to further develop his skills. |

Jane Marsh Lead Champion and Numeracy Champion email: n/a Connect with me on LinkedIn n/a Jane has over 30 years’ experience in post compulsory education spread over a wide range of settings. Her qualifications include a BSc, PGCE, 7407 and Numeracy Subject Specialism. She has worked with learners from a variety of backgrounds with a broad spectrum of learning needs. As a maths/numeracy specialist she has a deep understanding of the specific teaching and learning associated with the subject. She has developed resources for numeracy learning and teacher training, many of which are now available on the Excellence Gateway. She undertook the Training the Numeracy Trainers course at London South Bank University and has since written and delivered numeracy teacher training programmes. Jane maintains contact with learners through her role as an e learning tutor on work based training programmes. This ensures that she is able to keep theory grounded in reality. |

Sue Todd Assessor Champion email: n/a Connect with me on LinkedIn n/a Sue began her journey with Post-16 education and training in 1990 and has worked in the public and private sector at managerial level. Amongst her qualifications she has a BA in Education, has D32,33,34,35 and 36 and has competence across a wide range of vocational areas including education, training and development, management and business skills and health. She has mentored and coached individuals and teams to work cohesively and has developed teams of Assessors and Internal Verifiers in the organisations in which she has worked. Sue is known for creating and implementing robust quality systems and has also worked as a full-time External Verifier for two years. Sue returned to the UK a year ago, from France, where she lived for almost 9 years, running a business and putting her EFL qualifications to good use teaching English to French people and French to English people, as well as managing and being involved in various musical groups and societies in her free time. She is enjoying re-entering the vocational development arena with Options 2 and looks forward to working with the team of Assessors and Verifiers. |
